Dream Control products are created by David Lloyd. David Lloyd's expertise is in hypnosis and the psychology of dreams. Mr Lloyd has a Masters degree in Applied Psychology and has been a hypnotherapist for over ten years. In addition to his soothing tones which can be heard on the audio programs - specialised music has been added along with professional voiceovers.
Dream Control is run by entrepeneur Janet Preece. Ms Preece has a keen interest in NLP and Lucid dreaming and is currently working on a book on the power of lucid dreams.
Can anyone experience lucid dreams?
Yes! Those with good imagination and have used hypnosis before are likely to get the quickest results. Most people achieve lucid dreams straight away using the video, however, others take two or three attempts. The audio programmes created by Dream Control allow the listener to get the best results without any prior practise of lucid dreaming.
Why lucid dream at all?
First of all, you can have exhilirating and inspiring dreams. You can do whatever you feel like, without putting yourself in danger or in situations you would normally find uncomfortable. You can experience flying, have sexual encounters, and look and feel any way you want. It is also great for getting over any phobias you may have because you know that you are 100% safe during a lucid dream.

Are these audio programmes useful for insomnia?
